Amy Ashton

Amy Ashton is a writer and producer. After graduating from Film school, she moved to London to work as a food & props stylist. She soon joined Tasty, BuzzFeed, as a recipe video producer. During her three years there, her videos exceeded 100 million views.

Amy’s debut book club novel, GUTS will publish in Spring 2027 with Merky Books Penguin UK.

She is currently editing her debut novel and is both excessively tired and thoroughly inspired in her matrescence. On any given day you will find her cooking an elaborate meal for her family, writing late into the night, or swimming in cold water to feel most alive.
